Looks like a reasonable breeding season.
There were 4 mobs this big on neighbors paddock on the way to work ....


A good 100 or more ... Nice to see...

Yes 'Happy' great isn't it. Though they must have been early broods they are ducks now. I don't think there were the big rises and falls of the rivers this year. Well not the ones I am in touch with anyway.
Just waiting for the white bait to run. It will happen Thursday, Friday, Sat, this week.
