I wish I had a market for fur/skins when I was your age 'Sean' My folks would hardly have seen me. They didn't see much of me anyway. I had to wait a few years but then I spent many happy and productive winters trapping.

The fur still looks alright on that young possum. Usually when the possums go on the pines it corresponds with their moult.

Go get them while you can 'Sean'. I am not looking forward to this 'pest free NZ' ?????. Ha Ha.

Three years of trapping and I have never caught anything other than possums. Yesterday I caught a cat and a Hedgehog and today I caught a rat :o :o . Havent caught any possums since saturday :x :x
