Goat

Postby BushHunter » Sun Nov 15, 2015 8:21 pm

Been taking my pup out all year to see if I could get her keen on deer. No luck there, But she's gone from sounding like an elephant in the bush to starting to settle down, She's got the hunt drive, Indicating every bird you can imagine while out in the bush, Along with pheasants.
So I started looking around for a block with more animals. Found one with a few goats in it. A few trips in and she's starting to get the hang of it.
When she gets into hunt mode its awesome to watch her work, sucking in as much air as she possibly can and slowing right down. Love it.

Yep pure breed Vizsla Scribe. Been off the rope for the last 2 hunt's now but may go back on for the next one, I think I let her off to soon. She hunt's just a bit to far ahead for my liking in the thick stuff.

You have to win this battle of wills BushHunter or hunting will become unpleasant for both of you.

Agreed scribe. Every hunt I do with her though the more I enjoy it. The best thing I have noticed is that she need's no gps/map/or compass to find her way out, I just follow her home, bloody brilliant.
