Any Idea what day 'Packhorse'. I am a serial whitebaiter at the moment.

No serious, you just say when you are coming.

Wife and family coming????. The weather is not supposed to be the best.

AL BROWNS BEST WHITEBAIT FRITTER RECIPE.
For two people. Take 250 grams of whitebait.
Beat in one egg. Take another egg and separate the yolk and add yolk to mixture.
Whisk egg white until fluffy then add to mixture. This will make it light.
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and a generous sprinkle of garlic salt and ground pepper. Beat it in.
Drop spoonful's of mixture into hot buttered frying pan.
