Yeh I know VC and I have caught a lot of Kahawai over the years but not for a very long time now. I sold my boat over twenty years ago and the crays, scallops and assorted fish have been scarce since then.

There is a place at tbe market that sells similar. I used the smoked garlic salt on veni.
Would be a bit salty on already brined fish tho wouldnt it?
