Postby Dundee » Tue May 12, 2015 10:35 pm

I will kick it off with Hayden Breakwell's 26lb caught in the tekapo canals. No bloody chance of me catching one in Jacobs pool

Nice to see someone has started to catch trout. Spring cant be that far away. Then summer with its quiet, sun dappled pools.

Trout were biting this arvo, lost a good rainbow on a black and gold toby :(
Landed a wee one fishing from a high bank into deep waters using a 10gm blue toby.

Went back down after work and landed a nice brown trout on a black rublix lure. :)

Spring has sprung
The grass has rizz
I wonder where the birdies is.
Ask DOC, AHB and Regional Councils ????

Well 'Dundee' its good to see you catching trout again. We are assured now that spring is all but here. I have just got my restrung net back so in the next couple of days I hope to be into the fishing again.
