I am actually in his camp as well Neckshot and I never picked that up. Obviously I am a bit slow today.[/quote]
Vc has a valid point on why he dosnt like cans my view was the same. But I've used them and they are quite nice when gong shooting. But one shot in the bush probably dosnt justify carrying one.

Yep. I know that the noise progressively fucks your ears and mine have certainly copped a pounding over the years but I am not conscious of the bang when I shoot an animal. Certainly hear it on the range and would not want to use my 300winmag worth out hearing protection.

Yea it was more the threading of a sort after classic.
Kinda like getting a mint 69 fast back and performing irreversible body mods to it.

But each to his own.

Shot it unsuppressed and it's not only loud It's obnoxious not even a nice bang .
Its like short and realllllly loud .... Like ear ringing loud !!
Had a .270 WSM while I was a learner and I thought that was loud ..
It ll get more use in the next month than it's had for 10 years
10 mm of thread had to be done , well the crown is now heaps better :o

Plus doesn't everyone have poor old Mustangs that struggle to go in a straight line let alone
Round corners ha ha I d be a mongrel and put a Corvette frame under one.

Went to Beach Hop once. We renamed it Mustang Hop :D

Reckon this ll shoot real nice now. If it doesn't might chop 6 inches off the end and make it a bush pig. :ugeek: Happy Days

It's obnoxious not even a nice bang . How can you tell where your shot went when your ears are bleeding ha ha . 1 shot wonder maybe but it was bought for pest control
