.22lr put to the test

Next I went back to the second knoll on the hill.Plate just too the left of range finder view.

And fired two shots.

There you go you buggers 3 shots with .22 from 180ish too 200ish :D

Dundee you bloody womble, do you expect me to believe that your .22 put those holes in that plate? And what are you doing shooting at something that size over those short ranges? I reckon you should have used the arse end of a Coke can as a target.

Good shooting Dundee.

The humble .22 is severely underestimated by those heathens uneducated in its awesomeness and accuracy at longer ranges.

I once head shot a turkey at 250m with my Toz, witnessed by two heathen brethren, who by the way had to fork over $20 each for pouring scorn on my humble .22 and mocking it's ability at such a short range such as this.

However there was some suggestion it was pure luck that I'd hit the Turkey let alone head shot it but I steadfastly maintained it was an aimed shot and was $40 the richer for it. :D
