Some Usable Guns

Postby Scribe » Fri May 15, 2015 11:38 am

Top..Hammergun of unknown make with Damascus Barrels. Looks to be of very good quality. I shoot 21/2 inch, black powder shells.

2/ Side by side, I Hollis and Sons London. A quality gun. I shoot this still in side by side in clay bird competitions. I was a traditional game bird hunter and I used this gun for years.

3/ Beretta Tehnys, 5 shot auto, 3 inch. This is my main skeet, and game bird Gun.

4/ Ceasar Guerini, Adjustable comb and rib. This I use for sporting clays, down the line ball trap and all that other stuff

Yes she has got all the toys 'Happy'... Kick-off, adjustable butt. I have shot a lot of clays and she just keeps cycling those light loads. Just a little heavier than most of her brethren.

I have had a careful look at the gun in question Cam but I cannot find the makers name. Some numbers and some well executed scroll work is all I can find

It looks similar to dad's one.
I will ask where the name is on it. It is something obscure I recall maybe just a mark.
