Does the smoke permeate the eggs Pete?

Rushy

The Eggs are Hardboiled and have their shells removed before going into the Smoker.

I always slightly under cook the eggs because they get another cooking in the hot smoker.

Once smoked the eggs are brown on the outside, white in the inside and have a lovely Smokey flavour. :D

They are delicious either hot straight out of the smoker, two of these eggs disappeared shortly after the photo was taken, or cold either by themselves or in a sandwich or salad.

I love them. :D :D
