Our member Hillbilly and his brother shot this very unusual 3 antlered rusa stag at Taneatua.

I remember that Scribe. Bloody unusual looking head. I think we hypothesised that it was likely the result of an injury while in velvet as a spiker.

Except it has 3 coronets and 3 antlers Rushy. I have never seen a head like it.

No but I can be talked into it. The owner of the head above sometime knows where a few are and a sambar or two as well.

I never got excited about hunting these two species as I would rather buy an old horse off a farmer and eat that.
