Pureora walkabout

Postby scouser » Mon Mar 21, 2016 9:51 am

Hi guys, stretched the legs and got rid of a fair few cobwebs on Saturday in the Pureora forest

Went for a ‘tramp with a rifle’ along the ‘Blackfern Lodge’ trail, dropped into the bush a few times when the blackberry would allow it!!!!!

Saw no sign but it was a good fitness hike for the upcoming roar, first time ive been to that forest, will go again…..

Would be nice if clear of other bods. I don't know how many others go there during the roar though.

Tis a good area as mucko says. More u go there, more chance of running in to something. I would say pretty busy this weekend and beyond. Blaze up.
