Barefoot, Mohawk660, and I attended the Leigh Hall packed out to standing room only by hundreds of family and friends there to support Moonhunt. It was a very sad, solemn, sombre and sobering occassion and an incredibly poignant reminder of the fragility of life.

A big turn out from a small community, it was very good to see all the support there.

Thought I'd give it a couple of weeks before ringing.
Mohawk660 may have rung?

I sent him a text last week to say we were all going to Taupo next weekend and he was welcome to jump a ride with me but it was too soon as he was just keeping close with family. He knows we are here so I would let him come to us in his own time.

Hi guys , thanks for all the thoughts and well wishes
3 weeks today and still no easier, no manual or good book to help you through this shit
I have no interest in hunting at the moment, I hardly go near the dogs. My eldest son has taken over there feeding and with the help of a couple of my hunting mates is running them, something I have always wanted to see but thought I never was..he came home with a boar in his boot last week
