Your on to it Bean.

Take your time positioning the trunnions mate, ensure they are slightly forward of the centre balance point.

I got lazy and welded a stainless tow ball onto my cannon rather than turn the cassabel.

Posted a pic to let those who have helped with input see the progress and to keep me on track. Anything is straight forward when you have the tools at work, It's those inconsiderate customers we have had in the past few days keeping me off this... Fuse / flash hole faces forward? P38 @ 10deg? Ie keeping all blast frontways. Hopefully bored and trunioned this week and onto carriage and spoked wheels

My uneducated guess is once bored the pivot point will be to the front of the parallel section - I've been wrong once before......

Bean

Flash hole should be on a 10 degree angle from the centre of the powder chamber sloping back towards the cassabel.

Not sloping forwards towards the muzzle.

1/8" flash hole will suit the cannon fuse that Serious Shooters sell.
