I roasted one of the many goat legs harvested by the Rushy tonight. First time I have tried goat meat sinceca trip to the Carribean many years ago.
Served up with all the usual suspects of roast spuds, parsnip etc, it was bloody yummy.
Just as well, cos I have six more in the freezer.

My first effort and I probably gave it a little too long. I put a few rashers of streaky bacon on top of the roast for the last 15 mins, and although it was a wee bit dry on the outside, it was tender as.
I also gave a couple of legs to the Cambodian couple who own a local bakery. I now have the status of a God in their eyes.
