Rugby World Cup - 2015

Postby Rushy » Sun Aug 16, 2015 8:28 am

OK all you Rugby fans, All Black supporters and officinado's I have been an ardent supporter of the All Blacks since listening for the famous "wait for it, wait for it, it's a goal" on radio that got me hooked as a young boy. Like many a Kiwi boy I represented my province in my high school years, was there in Eden Park at the inaugural RWC in 1987 with my old man and brothers and there has even been a Rushy front row pack down on the hallowed ground.

Enough of establishing my credentials and to cut to the chase. The AB's lead up to this years's RWC has been far less than flash in my opinion and even last night's game wasn't the greatest display of skill and execution that any of us will have seen so here is my prediction for this years RWC to get your patriotic juices flowing.

Japan will beat the All Blacks in the Quarter Final by 3 points.

Let the onslaught begin. Ha ha ha ha

What do you reckon lads?

I ended up going and watching the game at my mates place. I am glad I did. it wasn't a pretty game but we handed the Aussie's a good kick up the arse.

It never hurts to remind them who is boss around the place. I think there is a bit of deadwood in the ABs to get rid of yet.

But I thinks they are tracking well for the W.C.

Enjoyed last night's game, took awhile for the AB's to fire. Can't for the life work out why we don't challenge for the ball at the break down, also why the fuk are the forwards in the back line. How many times was Dan Coles on the wing last nite. Forwards job is to secure the ball for the backs, they didn't do that in the first test and only started to do it after 20mins last nite. you can't play rugby with out the pill. Pocock is the number 1 loose forward in the world, has been for yonks. Both games missed the Rotorua mongrel Messam who's Junior Savea. Jane or Dagg, would of been a better pick.
