Fundraising for ...

Hi guys im a scout leader and we are currently fundraising to go to jamboree in Blenhim 2016. We are busy doing firewood carwashes etc n have more things on the go. Id like to put it out to the good buggers on the forum if anybody wants to koha/donate any lazy antler they might have lying around the shed/man cave etc. I would like some to turn into woggles for all the members of the 'Mighty Waikato' contingent which which the the partner members are youth and leaders from Putaruru, Pukeatua and Te Awamutu. This is hush hush and if you happen to know any members of the above groups could you please not let on. Any extra over and above I would sell on as fundraising. Thanks all.

I have a set of antlers you could have taken back with you. Only four pointer and probably a bit thin in the diameter but you are certainly welcome to them. I will look out for more.

Giving this a bump. Surely there is a bit of hard antler hanging around our members sheds, Did you think of collecting the buttons the stags shed this spring.

By the way how is your little stag fawn???

Doing pretty good. We put it outside during the day n bring it back in at night. Thinking its a age thing as to why not being so active. Maybe as it gets older it'll be more active. Yes I've got some buttons but to get some lengths of main beam be good as it'll be pretty uniform in size/shape

Pretty normal. In the wild they spend a good few weeks lying where their mother stashes them. After that it will be the fastest thing you ever saw on four legs.

Yep. I used to love watching young fawns booting around the hill up the back of my place.
