Thanks 'bean' for the trip report, I have never had a chance to explore the Boyle. There used to be a Cullers Base Camp there which I have seen photos of. A few years back we held a Deer Cullers reunion at the Boyle and I was on my way down to it when my old Field Officer died. So I diverted my route to Mangaweka and attended Henrys funeral and got on the piss for a couple of days and never made it any further. I would like to try again to get down into that country for a good look around.

An interesting read is "A sock in my stew" or very similar about Dick Morris a private skin shooter who hunted the area around the 40's or 50's with aecess from Glyn wye and Glyn hope? Stations. I believe he was based in the hope.
