I have never entered a ballot for any game species. Is all the Tahr habbitat put up under a ballot system now 'Neckshot'.

Once we just used to go Tahr shooting.

Yea I don't know about that one Scribe. I'm still in with a chance with a mate who got Shallot in the 4th period.

The ballot allows you to fly into wilderness areas and land you and your gear where usually it is illegal to do so.
Plenty of Tahr outside the wilderness area and of course you can walk in which would be no problem to a man of your fitness Neckshot.
