I wonder if this worker has a case of 'Go Slow' a so far unexplained condition that effects hunting dogs that causes them to be dead on their feet. Owners of dogs with 'Go Slow' associate this condition with the feeding of dogs meat from game taken from the Forest. Poisons and pesticides are suspected causes of this condition.
Interesting thing is this man was poisoned 3 weeks ago and the news is just filtering out. Despite the failure to mention the word 1080 it is being handled at this factory.
